Onda

Specify spaces that grow with your client.

Workplaces evolve. Most furniture doesn’t.

Conventional millwork is specified once, replaced wholesale, and lands in a landfill. Your clients deserve a spec that flexes with their business and supports the sustainability commitments they’ve already made.

How to specify Onda

01

Consult

We map your project to the system — programmatic needs, layout, materials, and integration points.

02

Configure

Layout, colorways, power, and biophilia tuned to your spec.

03

Install

Printed and delivered per project from our facility in Columbus, Ohio.

And when the workplace evolves, pieces reconfigure. When pieces reach end of life, we regrind and reprint.

A continuous architecture, assembled from four parts.

Pieces interleave to form continuous architecture — from individual moments to long, integrated runs.

01

Dividers

Flexible spatial definition without permanent walls. The spine of every Onda layout.

  • 29″, 36″, 42″, 48″ heights
  • Capped or planter top
  • Integrated power options
02

Seating

Benches, lounge, and privacy-backed curves with integrated biophilia. Engineered for commercial-grade comfort.

  • 18″ seat height, 20–21″ depth
  • 3″ commercial-grade foam
  • Tapered back for ergonomic recline
03

Tables

Work surfaces with integrated displays, power, and cable routing — without visual clutter.

  • Seated, counter, and bar heights
  • Compound-curved bases
  • Surface-integrated power
04

Accessories

Pivot tables, monitor mounts, end-of-run modules, and arm rests. Clean terminations and specified flexibility.

  • Pivot table / armrest / perch
  • TV mounts
  • End-of-run planters or recycling

Same kit. Any footprint.

Linear typology
Linear

High-capacity, planner-friendly runs. Tables, benches, and dividers assemble into structured layouts that scale across an entire floor.

Organic typology
Organic

Serpentine, amphitheater, and 120° bulb-end configurations create sculptural, social moments without sacrificing utility.

Perimeter typology
Perimeter

Wall runs, hybrid serpentines, and corner conditions transform underutilized edges into calm, biophilic work zones.

Built to evolve.

What you spec today can become something else tomorrow.

Reconfigurable

Pieces detach, reposition, expand. Add a divider, remove a table, extend a run. The system you ship in year one isn’t locked in — and neither is your spec.

Circular

When pieces reach end of life, they’re reground and reprinted as the next generation. No landfill. No virgin material penalty for refresh. Each refresh is roughly half regrind, half new.

industrially compostable and regrindable shell — ASTM D6400 / EN 13432

The aesthetics of additive manufacturing.

“Layered printing creates heathered textures and smooth compound curvature — a soft-brutalist identity that eliminates seams and hard transitions.”

No tooling. No minimums. Custom geometry per project. Power integrated where users actually need it — between seat and back.

Built in Columbus, Ohio, in plant-based bioresins with post-production regrind and recycled wood flour.

Tuned to your client.

Onda is available in multiple colors across the printed shell and a range of sustainable fabrics for upholstery. Palettes tune to match client standards, brand expression, or specific emotional atmospheres.

Onda colorway examples
Baseline

Natural wood-tone print

Heathered, warm, and biophilic — the standard finish that complements integrated planters and most interior palettes.

Renewable surfaces

Bamboo tops

Bamboo work surfaces extend Onda’s circular story to the tabletop — fast-growing, renewable, and warm underhand.

Custom

Tuned to client standards

Brand colors, emotional palettes, and specific commercial-grade upholstery options — specified per project.

Specifying conventional millwork commits your client to roughly four times the embodied carbon, a refresh cycle measured in landfill, and a layout that can’t change with their business.

Specifications

Divider system

System heights: 29″, 36″, 42″, 48″. Top conditions: capped or planter. End conditions: 30°, 45°, 90°, 120°, round, and bulb. Power options: Byrne Pepper, Node, or Eclipse units accommodated via standard hole-saw installation, with surface-integrated, side, top, or grommet routing.

Seating system

18″ seat height, 20–21″ seat depth (industry standards). 3″ commercial-grade foam. Tapered back cushions for ergonomic recline; rounded seat and back cushions for visual softness. End conditions: straight, 30°, 45°, 90°, 120° inners and outers.

Table system

Seated (29″), counter (36″), and bar (42″) heights. Knee clearances: 20″, 18″, 16″ respectively. Tapered, compound-curved bases optimized for knee space. Radius logic: 30°/60° modules use a 54″ inner radius for 48–60″ surfaces; 45°/90° modules use a 36″ inner radius for ≤ 42″ surfaces.

Power & media integration

Power placed between seat and back — at the user’s fingertips, without visual clutter. Surface-integrated power for tables uses a controlled reveal between infill and top to absorb tolerance and route cables cleanly.

Materials & sustainability

Shell: 48% virgin bioresin, 48% post-production regrind (closed-loop), 4% recycled wood flour. Cushions: standard PU foam, with soy-based polyol upgrade available. Upholstery: specifiable as 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. End-of-life: shells are industrially compostable per ASTM D6400 / EN 13432, or returned for regrind.
