Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage growth-focused marketing programs across paid and organic digital and social channels to support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, and advance brand building.

POSITION OVERVIEW
 
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage growth-focused marketing programs across paid and organic digital and social channels to support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, and advance brand building.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Build marketing programs to support objectives across different direct response channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the direct revenue-driving channels including email, paid search, re-targeting and paid social
  • Mange the day-to-day operations of organic social channels and assist with daily social media content development for product promotion, campaigns, events, and company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain the digital and social media calendars for scheduling and distribution of all content related to digital marketing
  • Build and execute a digital testing roadmap across acquisition messaging, creative, and audience
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting tools, pointing out key areas of impact from marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on conversion, LTV and retention
  • Communicate weekly and monthly updates, progress reports, timelines, and channel metrics
  • Partner with other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
EXPERIENCE
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital eCommerce marketing using analytic and digital platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads, Email Marketing platforms, Social Media scheduling tools and Re-targeting tools
  • Proven ability to scale paid traffic while maintaining CPA targets
  • Experience running A/B, multivariate tests
  • Proven expertise finding and implementing new growth opportunities in search, social, re-targeting, and email
  • Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
  • Proactive approachability to anticipate future actions that may be required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Must be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Have a strong grasp of how competitive market forces impact decision making for businesses in real life
  • Experience working at a DTC brand, preferred
