The Head of Growth (Enterprise Sales and Business Development) will oversee Enterprise partnerships, wholesale relationships and other business development and revenue generating opportunities. Position reports to the SVP, Product
Development & Design with a dotted line to the CEO. Compensation: Salary + Commission
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Responsible for the development B2C and B2B relationship
  • Responsible for planning, managing, selecting and purchasing 3rd party products to compliment Model No. designed and produced products
  • Work with team to review new and existing products to confirm Model No. is meeting market needs and ensure competitiveness
  • Develops the Enterprise Sales strategy for the organization\
  • Manages all external business relationships
  • Works closely with the CEO and SVP, Product Development on the Merchandising strategy
  • Partners with the SVP, Product Develop and VP, Marketing on Partnerships
  • Minimum 7 years of Sales/Business Development experience
  • Minimum 5 years of consumer product or hardgoods experience
  • MUST have experience developing large scale enterprise deals or corporate partnerships ($1M+)
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer engagement results
  • Must be technologically savvy
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Self-starter with ability to execute on business priorities with little hand holding
  • Proven ability to understand complex concepts and work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
